Administrator for New Dubai office
Job Duties
Ordering and stock control of stationery & any other supplies’ procurement such as kitchen supplies, newspapers etc.
Communication with telecommunication company – DU – for any issue related to mobile lines for new and existing staff.
Correspondence with Bank’s contractors & suppliers.
Arrangement of car parks for the staff.
Maintain basic administration procedures, including general filling duties and preparation of files, contracts and leases.
Responding to a number of internal and external queries and problems related to the department.
Hard copy filing for both Administration and Client Services departments.

Managing and maintaining the IT and Fixes Assets inventory.
Handling the mailing (courier & Post Office)

Skills Required For JOB
