SALES MANAGER UAE (Salary is 12k – 16k AED per month)

Our client is a leading Print Production Company with an excellent reputation across the region. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to be based in Dubai, UAE.

Job Overview

We seek a highly ambitious and motivated individual with a proven track record in leading teams to sales success. The role will be responsible for a large sales budget and all sales channels will report to the role.

Responsibilities

1. The primary focus of the role is sales management.
2. Will be selling into new market sectors with an emphasis on large corporate accounts.
3. Should show am depth knowledge of commercial and packaging print.
4. Will build a motivated and energetic sales team.
5. Will show and present the company in business meetings.
6. Translate the business plans into on target success.

Essential Requirements

1. 5 years of UAE experience in similar roles.
2. Must have 3+ years of Management experience.
3. Must have 2 years Print Solutions + Sales Management experience.
4. Must be a strong leader, Well versed, Disciplined.
5. Must have a verified proven track record of achieving sales targets.
6. Should be articulate and have high-quality presentation skills.
7. Must have proven experience in managing sales of 5+.
8. Open to any nationality in UAE now.

Salary/Compensation

Salary to be used as a guide only and will reflect experience levels and interview 

performance

Salary is 12k – 16k AED per month depending on experience and proven track record. (Inclusive of basic monthly package with travel and living allowances)
OTE – Commission will be paid on a quarterly basis
